From April 24 to 27, 2018, the 32nd China International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition will be held at Shanghai Hongqiao National Convention and Exhibition Center. This year's exhibition will focus on the three hot spots of "intelligent manufacturing, high-tech materials and environmental protection technology", showcasing new technologies, new products, high-tech materials, plastic processing and management solutions in the rubber and plastic industry in all aspects. With an exhibition area of over 340,000 square meters, the show will bring together more than 4,000 exhibitors from China and overseas.

The model exhibited by Peugeot is 2000X3 with mouth mold φ400, which has the important feature of high productivity and low energy consumption and can be directly connected with MES management system; the highest output can reach 480KG/H, and the cold stretching casing film formula can reach 410KG/H, and the energy consumption range is 290~330kw-h/ton.

The high stiffness stand-up pouch liquid packaging formulation provided by Boru Petrochemicals will be demonstrated during the exhibition, with a layer thickness ratio structure of 1:3:1, in which the surface layer is 100% MDPE, the middle layer is 20% MDPE + 80% HDPE, and the inner layer is 90% mPE.

At CHINAPLAS 2018, with the theme of "High Productivity, Energy Saving and Wisdom", Begaard will showcase intelligent film equipment and develop MES management system in the direction of Industry 4.0 to help customers realize automated production operation management of the whole process.
